Return and exchange eligibility depends on the item. If your item arrives with a defect, contact us directly by email at [email protected] and we'll work with you to sort it out.
T-shirts can be exchanged at the customer's own return shipping expense, but are non-refundable.
CDs, tapes, and records can be returned at the customer's own return shipping expense. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued until the factory sealed item has been successfully returned to us.
To report a defect, email us with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos. We'll get back to you within a few business days with next steps.
