Most orders ship from the United States. Some items ship from the UK, this will be noted on the product page if applicable. Orders ship within 7 to 14 days, unless the item is a pre-order with a specified ship date noted on the product page.
All orders shipped from the US, domestic and international, ship via USPS.
Delivery on international orders can take longer depending on your location and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or import processing once a package leaves its origin country.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected separately by your local customs office or postal carrier.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships, for all items shipped from the USA except t-shirts. Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in transit. International orders are shipped at the customer's risk, and all international shipping costs are non-refundable.
